It is the habit of many to have a three meals a day breakfast,
lunch and supper. A diabetic requires six time schedules. The
long interval between the meals makes hin feel famished and consequently
weak and tried, for the food consumed by the diabetic is quickly
digested. So in between of main meals the diabetics should eat
and drink at regular intervals. At 6 a.m. he begin the day with
kasini tea without sugar. He many eat snacks with tea or soup
preferably at 11a.m. 5 p.m., and 10 p.m.

avoid over eating. Over eating makes the system to slow down it,
activities. Excess of glucose gets into the blood stream due to
the absence of insulin - secretion of insulin by the pancreas
helps in the proper absorption and distribution of statch. In
the absence of insulin the glucose gets directly into the blood
stream and makes the blood to flow in a sluggish manner
The food that we eat contains glucose in some form or other. No
food is completely devoid of sugar. Hence consuming small quantities
at small intervals will go long way to reduce the sugar level
